The Start Research Program is a unique 5-week health program, specially designed for those with little or no fitness, overweight, belly fat, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or diabetes. With the guidance of our coaches, you’ll learn to move step by step, always at your own pace.

WHEN YOU CAN TRAIN
You train 2 times per week for 5 weeks (short and effective sessions)
The sessions take place during the club’s opening hours:

PRICES
There is a one-time participation fee of €59 for 5 weeks, with 2 sessions per week
Through your health insurance fund, you may be eligible for a partial reimbursement (the amount depends on your provider)
